Just click "BUY" before the offer ends. If the minimum number of people sign up, we'll charge your card and send you a link to print your SavvySpree. If not enough people join, no one gets it (and you won't be charged), so invite your friends and family to make sure you get the deal!

What happens after I purchase a deal?

After you select "Buy" you will go through the purchase cycle however your card will not be charged. When the deal has closed and if the limited amount has been fulfilled, the Purchase Status will be updated to "Complete" and your credit card will be processed. You will then get an email with your code or product order information.

You account page will also detail the status of your voucher once the deal closes. If your voucher is available via download, your Coupon Status will be listed as "Print Now" and you'll receive an email explaining how to download and print it. Once you have obtained your coupon, simply present it to the merchant to save!

If you bought a product that is being sent in the mail, your Status will be listed as "Pending Shipment." Once your product has been shipped, your Status will be updated and listed as "Shipped". Your product will normally arrive within 1-2 weeks after your purchase.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

What happens if the SavvySpree deal doesn't reach the "tipping point", the required minimum number of purchasers?

If not enough people sign up to buy the deal, then the deal is canceled, and you won't be charged for your purchase. So if you really want the SavvySpree discount, be sure to tell your friends and family to sign up too!

Do I need to use my SavvySpree deal the same day I buy it? When do they expire?

No. Many SavvySpree coupons have an expiration date, but you never have to use them on the date of purchase. The expiration date is clearly indicated on each coupon, as well as in the "Deal Details" or "Fine Print" section of each offer.

I bought a SavvySpree coupon – how do I use it?

Once a live deal closes and you're charged, you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and in most cases directly print your coupon. The SavvySpree coupon has redemption instructions and a map right on it! In order to redeem a SavvySpree coupon, just present it to the merchant.

Do I need ID to redeem my SavvySpree coupon?

Why does my credit card or bank account show an authorization for a different amount than the final price?

In some cases, you may also see an authorization charge for $0.01 on your account. This amount is used to confirm the card is valid and is removed when the deal is closed and completed.

The SavvySpree Gift Card is the perfect way to send your friends or family a gift that can more than double its value (i.e. a $100 gift card can be used for a deal valued at $200 or more)!

2. Customize the gift card with the amount you'd like to send.
3. Select your payment information and purchase.

After the gift card is purchased, you can choose to print it out for the recipient or have it e-mailed to them.

What happens after I purchase a gift card?

Once you select "Purchase", your credit card will be processed and the gift card will be emailed or available to print depending on the delivery method you've chosen. A copy of this gift card will also be sent to your email for your records.

You can view, edit, re-send or re-print your purchase at any time on your Account page until the gift card has been redeemed.

How do I redeem my SavvySpree Gift Card?

To redeem your gift card Sign In or Create an Account after clicking on the link you were sent. Once you're signed in, go to My Account page located at the top of the page. On your Account Page you can enter your Gift Card Code and your Balance History will automatically update with your gift card credit. You can apply your credited balance at any time for purchases made on SavvySpree.

Why do I keep receiving emails about deals in a different city?

When you register an account or sign-up for the SavvySpree newsletter, you have the opportunity to choose your origin city, which determines the deals you are offered. If you would like to change your cities, you can do by logging in, clicking on the "My Cities" link on your dashboard (top right), and entering the "My Cities" tab to manage your cities by clicking add or delete.

Wait, my name is on the SavvySpree coupon. Are you sure I can use this as a gift?

Yes! SavvySpree's are completely transferable.

If I don't use the full value of the SavvySpree coupon in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

Unfortunately no. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.

Can I combine my SavvySpree coupon with other offers or specials?

No... SavvySpree coupons are standalone and are not used with other merchant coupons or promotions unless otherwise stated.

Am I billed as soon as I join a SavvySpree deal?
